All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We aim to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. ​​

Ordering and Payment

Orders are subject to availability. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order - acceptance occurs once your order has been dispatched. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. ​​

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors (e.g. customs or courier delays). We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Please ensure your shipping address is correct - we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. ​​

Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds if your item: 

• Arrives damaged or with a defect

• Does not arrive within the expected timeframe of 40 days and is confirmed as lost

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report an issue. All claims must include your order number, a description of the problem and photographic evidence where applicable. Consumer Rights

Your rights under UK law are not affected by these terms. You are entitled to a standard of goods as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. ​​
