At Lovoitè, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and aim to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. 

Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The item is lost in transit and does not arrive within 40 days from dispatch 

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of the item being delivered.

All orders include tracked shipping. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched. 

What's Not Covered

Due to hygiene and handling reasons, we do not accept returns for: 

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse or mishandling

  • Custom or personalised items 

  • Incorrect sizing

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund, please contact us by email with:​

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Refund Timing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
