Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The item is lost in transit and does not arrive within 40 days from dispatch
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of the item being delivered.
All orders include tracked shipping. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.

Refund Timing
