Processing Time


Orders are typically within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another once your order has been shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times 


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or external factors.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order's progress at any time.


Customs and Import Taxes


International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's policies before ordering. 


Incorrect Address


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. 


Lost or Delayed Orders


If your order does not arrive within 40 business days from the shipment date, please contact us, and we'll assist you in tracking or replacing the item.
